She has a keen eye for detail and with years of experience. With a deep understanding of the unique needs of all curly hair types. Lacindra has become a go-to professional for those seeking not just a haircut, but a transformation that celebrates and enhances natural curls.

Lacindra embarked on her journey in the beauty industry over thirteen years ago assisting national educator Kara Peterson, becoming Deva Curl certified. Establishing herself as a specialist in the art of curly hair, her dedication to staying on top of the latest trends and techniques has allowed her to deliver exceptional results to a diverse clientele.

Lacindra started The Curl Lab in 2020 in her studio with a vision to create a go to salon deemed a safe space for all hair types. Where all the traumatic experiences are left in the past, and a new road to acceptance and embrace starts! Early 2023 I moved into my salon home and created this beautiful space that we now know as The Curl Lab. We share the dream of a space that celebrates all hair types as well as finding a team of people who are passionate in our vision.

Lacindra possesses a wealth of knowledge about different curl patterns, textures, and products best suited for each. She is an advocate for clients, empowering them with the knowledge to care for their curls - the key to happy, healthy curls extends beyond the salon chair.
